2 Resealable plastic bags (gallon-sized)
Large mixing bowl
Microwave-safe bowl

Ingredients

9 cups rice chex cereal (or your favorite crispy rice cereal)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate, high-quality brands like Guittard or Ghirardelli recommended)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
