Hilton’s DoubleTree Cookies Recipe Revealed!
I’ve had the chance to travel quite a bit in the last few years, and I never pass up the opportunity to try a DoubleTree cookie whenever I’m staying at a Hilton. They’re absolutely satisfying.
Recently, with travel restrictions in place, DoubleTree released their official recipe, and I couldn’t be more excited.
I made them right away, but of course, I made a few personal adjustments: I used fewer walnuts, a mix of semi-sweet and milk chocolate, bumped up the vanilla and cinnamon, and skipped the lemon juice for simplicity.

Ingredients
| Ingredient | Swap or Tip |
|---|---|
| Unsalted Butter | Use salted butter but cut back slightly on added salt. |
| Brown & White Sugar | Swap part with dark brown sugar for a deeper flavor, or reduce slightly if you prefer less sweet. |
| All-Purpose Flour | Spoon & level for accuracy; don’t pack. |
| Old-Fashioned Oats | Don’t swap with instant oats; it changes the texture. |
| Chocolate Chips | Try a mix of semi-sweet & milk chocolate. |
| Chopped Walnuts | Leave out if you’re not a fan or swap with pecans. |
Quick Tip
This DoubleTree cookie recipe is intentionally huge. Making smaller cookies will change the texture and bake time, so stick to large scoops for that signature thick, chewy middle.
