Budget Friendly Vegetable Beef Soup That Feeds a Crowd!

When I was growing up, my grandma and mom always made their vegetable soup with ground beef. There were a lot of mouths to feed, so ground beef was the more budget-friendly choice, but I never felt like the soup was missing anything. I absolutely loved it.

My version is a little different from theirs, with a few tweaks here and there, but it still reminds me so much of the soup I grew up eating. It’s hearty, simple, packed with veggies, and still one of those meals that just feels familiar in the best way.

All the ingredients in this dish prepped out for straightforward assembly including the peas, corn, tomatoes, garlic, oil, onion, carrot, flour, beef, seasonings, tomato paste, potatoes, celery, Worcestershire, and beef broth.
