Starbucks Copycat Recipe!
The first time I ordered pumpkin steamers for my boys at Starbucks, I ended up drinking half of theirs. They were so good, but I knew I could make them at home with more pumpkin flavor and for a whole lot less!
Now these are one of a reliable fall drinks. They’re creamy, evenly spiced, and completely coffee-free, so the kids can enjoy them too. And since everything goes into the blender before heating, they couldn’t be easier to make. Add plenty of whipped cream on top and they’re even better!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Steamer ingredients
| Ingredient | Tips |
|---|---|
| Canned Pumpkin | Use 100% pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling. |
| Dark Brown Sugar | Gives the drink a deeper flavor, but light brown sugar also works. |
| Pumpkin Pie Spice & Cinnamon | Use store-bought or make your own Pumpkin Pie Spice. Adjust the amount to your preference. |
| Salt | A small amount balances the sweetness and enhances the flavors. |
| Whole Milk | Creates the richest, creamiest drink, but any milk will work. |
| Sweetened Condensed Milk | Use the leftovers in Pumpkin Poke Cake or No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake. |
