These Sliders Disappear in Minutes!

I’ve made a lot of sliders over the years, probably more than I can count. They’re one of my go-to meals when I need something fast, fun, and guaranteed to please a crowd. It is satisfying to how straightforward they are to pull together and how quickly they disappear once served.

So when I started craving that classic combo of chicken, bacon, and ranch, turning it into a slider felt like a no brainer.

I tested a batch for a family get-together, and let’s just say… they didn’t last long. Like, gone in under 10 minutes. Everyone kept asking if I had more, which is always a good sign. Next time, I’ll be doubling the batch, and It is worth you do the same.

IngredientTips & Swaps
Hawaiian RollsStick with sweet rolls for the best flavor balance. Brioche rolls work in a pinch.
Rotisserie ChickenHuge time-saver. Swap with leftover grilled or baked chicken. Shredded thigh meat = more flavor.
Ranch DressingUse a quality refrigerated ranch or from-scratch. Shelf-stable tends to be thinner.
CheeseSharp cheddar for bold flavor, Colby Jack for milder. Pepper Jack adds spice.
