Ice Cream Pie
My mom’s “famous” Ice Cream Pie is a summer favorite that always impressed friends and family. They thought it took a lot of work to make, but it’s actually really straightforward to create.
Two other recipes my mom was famous for? Her Orange Fluff Salad and Carmelitas!
This is more of an idea than a recipe: pick a theme like chocolate, fruit, mint, or coffee, mix two ice cream flavors that go well together, and use a store-bought graham cracker or Oreo cookie crust. And there you have it, a lively dessert with barely any effort!

Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust: Crunchy, sweet base. home cooks enjoy using a store bought for convenience but make your own here.
- Two Ice Cream Flavors: My two favorites: salted caramel ice cream and fudge brownie!
- skippable Toppings: Whipped cream and chocolate or caramel sauce for that reliable finishing touch!

How To Make Ice Cream Pie
- Set out a pre-made graham cracker or Oreo crust for the base.
- Soften salted caramel and fudge brownie ice cream slightly.
- Alternately scoop both ice creams into the crust, forming layers.
- Press down with the crust’s plastic lid to compact.
- Freeze until firm.
- Serve with skippable toppings — whatever you like!

Storage
Cover the pie tightly with plastic wrap or foil to avoid freezer burn. Store the pie in the freezer, and for best flavor, eat within 1-2 weeks.
