Author’s Notes
When Fudge Meets S’mores
My fudge recipes have been such a hit lately (especially the classic Oreo fudge and the chocolate-covered Oreo fudge), so I figured it was time to add another one to the lineup. And of course, it had to be inspired by a reliable summer treat.
When you’re missing warm nights and campfire snacks, this S’mores Fudge totally does the trick. It gives you all the S’mores flavor even when it’s freezing outside!
It’s rich, chewy, and packed with crunchy graham crackers, soft marshmallows, and plenty of milk chocolate. And honestly, it’s so much easier than trying to start a fire and roast marshmallows, haha!

S’mores Fudge Ingredients
| Ingredient | Helpful Tip |
|---|---|
| Milk chocolate chips | Use the highest quality you can afford for the best melt and flavor. |
| Sweetened condensed milk | Make sure it is full-fat and not evaporated milk or the fudge will not set right. |
| Butter and vanilla | Cut the butter into small pieces so it melts evenly and add the vanilla off the heat for the best flavor. |
| Graham crackers | Coarsely chop them so you get a mix of crunch and soft pieces throughout the fudge. |
| Mini marshmallows | Fold them in gently so some stay whole for that classic S’mores look and texture. |

- Use fresh marshmallows Soft, fresh marshmallows give the best texture and flavor. Feel the bags in the store and pick the ones that feel the softest.
- Adjust the sweetness This fudge is very sweet, so cut it into small squares. For a less sweet batch, use semi-sweet or dark chocolate or mix half milk and half semi-sweet.
- Line the pan Parchment or foil makes it much easier to lift out the fudge once it is chilled.
- Smooth the fudge Lightly spray a spatula with nonstick spray and press the mixture down firmly to create a smooth, even top.
Storage
S’mores Fudge is best on day 1 since the marshmallows change texture the longer it sits out.
For longer storage, keep the fudge as a full block. Wrap it tightly, place it in an airtight bag, and store it in the fridge or freezer.
Once cut, wrap each piece tightly. Store in the fridge to keep the texture as fresh as possible.
