The Best Way To Use Leftovers!
If there are two things It is satisfying to, it’s Thanksgiving leftovers and sliders. They’re two of my all-time favorites! So, when Thanksgiving wrapped up this year and I had a ton of extra turkey, I knew exactly what I needed to make.
These turkey cranberry sliders might have been even more popular than the Thanksgiving dinner itself!
My family and our guests absolutely loved them! I even made them so much that we made them again for dinner the next day. They’re simple, satisfying, and the reliable way to use up those leftovers.

Turkey Cranberry Sliders Ingredients
| Ingredient | Swaps & Tips |
|---|---|
| Hawaiian sweet rolls | Dinner rolls if you want less sweetness. Keep rolls attached for straightforward slicing. |
| Turkey | Deli or leftover, thinly sliced. Shred thicker pieces so the stack stays even and melts well. |
| Cheese | Havarti, Swiss, provolone, Gouda, or Brie all work and melt beautifully. |
| Cranberry sauce | Whole berry or from-scratch. If very loose, simmer a few minutes to thicken. |
| Mayo | Light mayo works, but the flavor is best with full-fat. |
| Butter topping | Brown sugar or chives are tasty add-ins. Brush on tops and down the sides for flavor. |
