Sparkling Pomegranate Juice for Supper

Sparkling Pomegranate Juice is my go-to non-alcoholic drink for holiday entertaining. It is bright, fizzy, and so straightforward to throw together.

Holiday-Ready Pomegranate Punch in Minutes!

I’m such a foodie that I’m usually asked to bring dishes to parties and get-togethers, but rarely, if ever, a drink. So when I was asked to bring a kid-friendly drink to a holiday party, I was thrilled and ready for the challenge to mix things up.

My sparkling raspberry lemonade is always a crowd-pleaser, so I decided to build on that and make it more seasonal.

Pomegranates were the obvious choice, and with my trusty simple syrup, this sparkling drink came together effortlessly. It’s so good, I know it’ll be on repeat from now on!

  2. Lightly cut along the lines on the skin without slicing too deep.
  3. Pull the sections apart over a bowl of water so the seeds drop in.
  4. Scoop out and throw away the white bits that float.
  5. Pour the seeds through a small strainer and use in this Sparkling Pomegranate Juice.
