Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop Eating This Salad!
Peaches have always been a reliable fruit, so when peach season hits, I go a little overboard in the best way.
Peach lemonade, peach cobbler, grilled peaches, peach pie…I’m all in.
So it only felt right to finally share my go-to fruit combo for the ultimate summer salad. This peach fruit salad has it all: crunch, sweetness, and a little tang. It’s everything I crave on a hot summer day!

Peach Fruit Salad Ingredients
| Star Ingredient | Quick Swap or Tip |
|---|---|
| Peaches | Not a fan of peach fuzz? Peel them first or swap in nectarines or diced mango. |
| Strawberries | Sub in raspberries or extra blueberries/blackberries if strawberries aren’t looking good. |
| Blueberries & Blackberries | Prefer something different? Try halved grapes or pitted cherries. |
| Fresh Mint (skippable) | Swap with thin-sliced basil or skip it if you prefer. |
Quick Tip
Ripe peaches make the best Peach Fruit Salad: Look for deep golden skin, a sweet smell, and a slight give when gently squeezed. Avoid green spots or firm fruit.

- Cut fruit into similar sizes: Makes the salad look nicer and is easier to eat.
- Keep fruit amounts balanced: So one fruit doesn’t overpower the rest.
- Wash and dry fruit well: Prevents a watery salad and helps the dressing stick.
- Check fruit carefully: Remove blueberry stems and any bruised spots or skins if needed.
