These Sliders Earned Instant Favorite Status!

If you’ve been here for any amount of time, you know I’m fully obsessed with sliders. My French Dip Sliders were one of the first recipes I ever shared and they’re still super popular. And the Monte Cristo, Ham and Cheese, Turkey, and Cheeseburger Sliders are long-time favorites around here. I could honestly make sliders for every meal. My kids always eat them, they reheat well, and they’re the biggest hit at any get together.

So the fact that I hadn’t made a pizza version yet was shocking even to me. It had been on my mental list forever, and one night when I had Hawaiian rolls, leftover pepperoni, and a jar of pizza sauce staring at me, I knew it was finally time. I sliced the rolls, layered everything like a lasagna, and brushed the tops with garlic herb butter because I wanted that golden garlic-knot crust.

And let me tell you… it didn’t just turn out good. It turned out amazing. I couldn’t believe how satisfying it was. This might just be my new favorite.

All the ingredients in this dish laid out for straightforward preparation.

While this Pizza Sliders recipe is best enjoyed fresh, they’re still satisfying as leftovers!

  • Refrigerate: Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
  • Reheat: Warm them in the oven or air fryer until heated through. (I don’t recommend microwaving them).
